The Hong Kong Stock Exchange published two new guidance letters on 24 January 2014:
1) GL71-14 on gambling activities undertaken by listing applicants and/or listed issuers. This reproduces the Exchange’s News Release of 11 March 2003 on the same subject; and
2) GL70-14 – a guide on the connected transaction rules. This contains the guide on connected transactions which was previously published under the Exchange’s News Release of 20 April 2012.
